The instructors truly know how to find the balance appropriate for each child’s age.

My name is Andrea and I currently have two sons attending Capital NE Martial Arts.  Both started at the age of four.  My older son is now 7 and has a blue belt, while my younger son participates in the Little Dragons program.  Capital NE Martial Arts is an incredible organization.  Not only do the children learn the martial art, but they are surrounded by wonderful instructors and an overall great environment.  My children have never felt uncomfortable or intimidated… the instructors truly know how to find the balance appropriate for each child’s age.  In addition, the younger assistant instructors are such role models.  Truly people that I hope my sons turn out like!  They incorporate school work and good grades with rewards which is so important and offer many programs for any family member, any age.  I absolutely recommend this organization to anyone considering enrolling in a martial arts program!

Capital Northeast Martial Arts is a wonderful place to see your child grow.

Bob Esposito is wonderful with the kids there. He works with so many different age levels and personalities, and does an excellent job connecting with each individual. The kids love and respect him and I truly feel he gives his all to each of them. The way the program is structured is also very balanced. Having the perfect combination of discussion, participation, and feedback is essential to any successful program. He is extremely patient, and ensures that the kids learn, and have fun, at the same time.

My daughter started about a year ago, and I love how she has grown so much in her abilities and confidence levels. It is fantastic when I see her earn her new stripes or move to the next belt level! She is even doing competitions, something I would have not thought that she would be interested in!

There is a wide variety of instructors there that offer a fit for any child. I have seen Mr. Esposito take time to personally help my daughter almost every time she takes a class. Personal instruction is an important component at Capital Northeast Martial Arts, knowing that each child will succeed in their own way and time.

Kids learn patience, respect for one another and at the same time they learn balance and technique. Capital Northeast is a wonderful place to see your child grow!
